Heavy-Duty Headset
Ideal for use in high noise environments, this headset consists of noise attenuation ear defenders and a noise cancelling boom microphone. Connection to the radio is via attachment to a Remote Speaker Microphone or external PTT. The headset is terminated with a four pole, NEXUS jack plug. NOTE: This headset is not an approved PPE ear defender and must not be used as such.

the Rugged Side Connector (RuSC) cover must be in place, or an
approved RusC accessory must be securely connected. Removal of the
cover or disconnection of the approved RuSC accessory is not
permitted in hazardous environments.
