Sepura's workforce stretches out from the warehouse operatives to our sales teams across the globe, our work supporting mission critical communications is underpinned by our strength in development. Employing over 200 people in development and engineering Sepura is at the forefront of critical communications technology. The people you'll work with
I've worked at Sepura for over 14 years in a wide range of technical, sales engineering and management roles. I originally joined as a Customer Support engineer, supporting the rollout of radios onto the early European TETRA networks. Since then I've had roles supporting international customers, managing small teams, and have been involved in some very interesting work in far flung places such as Brazil and India, as well as closer to home in Europe. After a few years in a senior Pre-Sales role supporting our global Sales team, I've now come full circle and am back in a much larger Customer Support team as the Senior Partner Solutions Manager - helping our partners win new business and supporting our great customer base. And during my varied and busy career to date, the Company funded my MBA, which I believe is testament to Sepura's commitment to developing our people.
Since starting at Sepura, I have been provided with remarkable opportunities to develop my skills and career. Everyone who works at Sepura is willing to support you and help with any issues you may have, even when they are busy themselves! Learning and development is taken seriously by the company; I am able to study an apprenticeship degree alongside working and improving my knowledge of Product Management and Marketing.
Sepura has constantly supported my growth since the day I joined, always challenging me with new tasks/skills/projects. Every day I walk into a number of exciting challenges, but never scary ones as the support has always been there when required. The dedication Sepura has had to my continuing development has been second to none and it is because of this that I have been able to go from an apprentice with no practical experience to a Baseband Design Engineer role all whilst attending university part-time.
