We have a collaborative, friendly, informal environment at Sepura. It is vital for us that we can share ideas and experiences and develop personal or team relationships to further our capability.
We see social events as a key way of doing this. We run a number of events across the year, aiming to give everyone something they might like to get involved in. Yes, we do pub quizzes, but also gin tasting, karting, footgolf, escape rooms and much more. Coming soon will be bread making workshops, a summer party, a poker night and much more.
We also invite staff to get involved in larger charity events every year; Sepura have submitted teams for the Cambridge Chariots of Fire Race and both the national and Yorkshire Three Peaks in the last couple of years.
Staff have the opportunity to nominate and vote for the charity that the company supports and get involved in the social committee that organises the events.
