Sepura has constantly supported my career since the day I joined, always challenging me with new tasks or projects where I can stretch myself and develop new skills. Every day I walk into exciting challenges, but I have always had the support structure around me when needed. The dedication Sepura has had to my continuing development has been second to none and it is because of this that I have been able to go from an apprentice with no practical experience to an RF Engineer role all whilst attending university part-time.
I've worked at Sepura for over 14 years in a wide range of technical, sales engineering and management roles. I originally joined as a Customer Support engineer, supporting the rollout of radios onto the early European TETRA networks. Since then I've had roles supporting international customers, managing small teams, and have been involved in some very interesting work in far flung places such as Brazil and India, as well as closer to home in Europe. After a few years in a senior Pre-Sales role supporting our global Sales team, I've now come full circle and am back in a much larger Customer Support team as the Senior Partner Solutions Manager - helping our partners win new business and supporting our great customer base. And during my varied and busy career to date, the Company funded my MBA, which I believe is testament to Sepura's commitment to developing our people.

Since starting at Sepura, I have been provided with remarkable opportunities to develop my skills and career. Learning and development is taken seriously by the company; I am able to study an apprenticeship degree alongside working and improving my knowledge of Product Management and Marketing.
