The group is split into three teams:
- The Support Desk Team provides critical 1st and 2nd line technical investigation of issues for our direct customers and distributor companies across the globe,
- The Product Team provides additional technical expertise for issue investigation, project management and delivery of products for new customers and training services,
- The Partner Solutions Team provides engineering support for our Sales team on key opportunities and maintains a close technical relationship with our distributors and partners.
The PSS Group employs a mixture of engineers with an RF and Telecoms background, as well as marketing and administrative staff. With such a wide-ranging remit and constant contact with our customers and distributors, travel within the UK and to international destinations is a regular feature for some of our roles, along with attendance at industry events and trade exhibitions.
