Jordan's SCC places trust in Sepura

Sepura has been awarded a prestigious contract to supply over 1000 radios to the Special Communication Commission (SCC) in Jordan.

Cambridge, 29th September 2016 - Sepura has been awarded a prestigious contract to supply over 1000 radios to the Special Communication Commission (SCC) in Jordan.

The radios - a combination of STP9000 hand-portables and SRG3900 mobile radios - will be used by Jordanian security agencies that operate on the SCC network.

The STP9000 has long been the choice of public safety users due to its enhanced battery life, superb full-duplex audio and rugged, IP67-certified casing. The SRG3900 offers an outstanding 10 Watts RF power - the greatest operational range among TETRA terminals on the market today.

"This win reinforces our long-term cooperation with SCC," said Karl Whyte, Sepura's Sales Director for the Middle East.

"The contract demonstrates SCC's satisfaction, as well as their trust in our product, our excellent support and our partner of many years in Jordan, Vision Engineering. We look forward to many more years of successful cooperation with them."
