Sepura plc - Notice of interim results and AGM

CAMBRIDGE, England, 24 October 2007 - Sepura plc (LSE: SEPU), a leading provider of TETRA digital radios, today confirmed that it will announce its interim results for the six months to 30 September 2007 at 07.00 GMT on 27 November 2007. This will be the first set of results since the company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange in August.
A presentation to discuss the results will be held on 27 November 2007 at 9.00am at the offices of Goldman Sachs, Peterborough Court, 133 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2BB.
In addition, the company also confirmed that it will hold its Annual General Meeting relating to the year ending 31 March 2007 at 3.00pm on 27 November 2007 at Senator House, 85 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4JL. Copies of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2007, Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have been posted to shareholders today. The annual report may also be viewed on the company’s website, www.sepura.com.
