Chief Executive Officer

Gordon was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2008, after having joined the company in November 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years multinational experience leading operations and development teams at Schlumberger and Agilent. He has also held directorships at Invensys and Honeywell.

Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Mole joined Sepura as Chief Financial Officer in October 2009. Before this he was CFO at Filtronic plc and Group Finance Director of Renold plc. He has previously held senior finance positions with BTP plc, Zeneca plc, ICI plc and Unilever plc. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

SVP - Sales & Marketing

Jens joined Sepura in 2003 with more than 17 years experience building and managing international sales teams and distribution networks. Jens has held directorships at SignalSoft Inc., Navigato Inc. and Philips.

Operations Director

Duncan was one of the founder members of Sepura in 2002. He has over 20 years experience in international Operations Management within the Private Mobile Radio Industry. He has been involved with the growth of Tetra Radio since its inception in the late 1990’s, working in senior operations roles within Simoco Digital Systems Ltd, and Philips Radio Communications Ltd.

Chief Technology Officer

Tim joined Sepura in 2005 and leads the design, development and testing of all products. He has 20 years' experience in the telecoms and defence industries and before joining Sepura was responsible for NEC's GSM global software development team.

Development Director

Andrew joined Sepura in November 2008 with over 14 years international experience in the creation and running of multi-site technology R&D teams. Prior to joining Sepura, Andrew held leadership positions at NemeriX, Motorola and TTPCom.
