Customer Support Engineer

Description of Job (Main responsibilities and tasks)

  • Technical support to Sales teams, including customer visits
  • Customer Problem Resolution
  • Periodic supervision of the Helpdesk team
  • Project engineering
  • Training to both internal and external customers
  • Technical customer presentations
  • Customer demonstrations, including management of Demo  equipment
  • Preparation of demo equipment for customer loans
  • Support for Customer Programming of Radios
  • Support for IOP activities
  • Support for exhibitions

Personal Attributes
• Confident individual

• UK security clearance or ability to achieve such clearance
• Reliable and able to work to deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent customer facing communication skills
• Degree level qualification or equivalent
• Clean driving licence
